LIBR Leadership in Battery Recycling is a program aimed to guide Legislators to make Laws that would boost the Green Economy, by collaborating with Business to specify two Battery sizes for Electric Vehicals. These Lithium Ion batteries weigh 300 and 500 pounds (one for Cars and one for Trucks), and are a little larger then gas tanks. Who wants to wait at charging stations? Certainly not Americans! Management and Leadership is key, Proper Management will ensure Batteries are produced, recycled and charged in the most environmentally friendly way possible. Management will be needed to establish this System through out America. As the "Big Three auto makers" struggle to design car and truck models around the two battery sizes. This "Switch and Go" System will revolutionize the Auto Industry, jump start the Green Economy and when fully emplemented will reduce travel costs, significantly reduce carbon emmisions. inprove Defense by reducing our dependence on Foriegn Oil!
